I went into Beverly Hills Electric Bike to get what I thought was an easy connection repair for the 9pin connectors from the hub to the control panel, I was quoted an awesome price for 15mins. As per my luck, instead the worst came true and I was told (and shown) that the entire electrical system was fried, with my luck I knew something bad was with that bike ever since bought second hand privately elsewhere. Great store and awesome service. Mark and his team are friendly and easy to talk to. Mark helped me pick out 2 escooters that we bought for our grandchildren. He said they would enjoy them and he was right, they absolutely loved them and are still enjoying them today. Cheers Mark
