Very poor customer service and quality assurance is also not impressive. I bought an used mountain bike 5 weeks ago which I paid in advance. It looked ok but needed service and needed tuning on rear rim. Mark, the owner promised me home delivery on Sunday at 4:15pm. I waited half an hour but he did not show up. I tried to call me but he did not answer. I also texted him but no response. I called him the next working day, he apologised and said that he did not have his Ute. I bought an escooter from there and it was defective and then he offered me another more expensive and I bought it and it broke after 10 minutes. The battery ran out, the tire deflated, the handlebars were misaligned and so much more. I got my parents to get me a refund and lucky they accepted. The owner and workers are shifty and not trust worthy they sold me a crap escooter. I will never be coming back and I told people not to go either. Horrible people.
