We love this bank. Naomi Jacobson and Jackie Paschal are wonderful people. Naomi always has a smil and remembers who you are. It cost $1000.00 to follow Jackie from USB and it was worth ever dime. She is the best personal banker i have ever known.
After the acquired our local bank they sent a packet ensuring "nothing will change". And yet, when I try to shop at all online my card is flagged for fraud- upon contacting a rep i was told "any foreign country is disallowed ". The texts I received said to type V for valid and they'd allow the purchase- they didn't. So i contacted service again, was told to use a digital service like PayPal, which i did try. General review for all NB of C. The staff are friendly. That's the reason for the two stars. Poor banking standards, staff lacks knowledge of how to do banking related tasks. Can not call bank directly, help line only-that services all branches and they are unable to answer questions. Not helpful.
A Bank that is like a " little home town feeling". People are easy to work with. I like the easy online Banking also.
