We spoke with Mary in the rolla office and she was great. We went with the salem office because it's closer for us. Jana was able to help us with a loan that our bank of ten years wouldn't do! We switched banks I highly recommend riverways fcu
My card doesn't work. It's not the card as I have 2. It's Saturday and I can't find out what is happening until Monday. I'm a nervous wreck! And I have no money. Good thing I'm not out of town.
I came in to start a business acct here and didn't have some kind of doc. From the state of Missouri to open acct. And extra long hold time was a problem as well for deposit. I asked that they please delete my personal information from there system, they said that they would and I came in person to make sure it occurred which they confirmed had been done. To this date, I still recieve statements with my pii on it even though I have no account there.. They are not trust worthy and should not manage your money.
