Within an hour of using the Riverwalk Pointe resident portal to report a minor problem with the washing machine, Obi was here and repaired it. This type of attention to details is not a one-off but the operational standard. We’ve been here three years and feel fortunate that we chose Riverwalk Pointe and Jupiter for our retirement home.
No pickup of fallen debris from trees. Handy man blames me for everything that needs fixing in apartment. Rent is little steep here. But all in all a safe place to live. I hate to say but my time here has ended. Blamed for putting wipes in bowl. Management wants me to pay plumber Nobody knows.that Since I’m on first floor everything flows down. There are sinister tenants here who can’t mind own business they run to office to tell management my business handyman can’t be trusted too. So beware buyer when looking to rent here

I just relocated from from building one to building two and I had a very positive experience. The movers found complete access to elevators and other areas. The new apartment was pristine and ready to move. One of the most consistent and positive factors in Riverwalk Is cleanliness, organization and excellent management. Thanks everyone for making an stressful situation much easier.
