It says retirement community, but we found this place as a rental on Vrbo. From the time myself and my husband Everett booked the place, Ms.Rani has been amazing. The place is immaculately clean and taken care of. I couldnt be more pleased or impressed. Highly recommend if you want to unwind a few minutes from the beach
We called Riverwalk Landing RV park home for 6 months. We enjoyed our stay. The pads are paved with plenty of space for two vehicles. The park is connected with a 55+ community and your stay includes usage of the amenities including clubhouse with full kitchen, pool, game room with TV, gym, bathrooms with showers and pickleball. There is also laundry and bathrooms with shower on the backside of the office for RV guests. All amenities and bathrooms are very cleaned and well kept. We are currently staying in one of the cottages while my parents are on an RV site. Pros: Good location New appliances Nice community fire pit Price Cons: Ants all over kitchen Only two roll of toilet paper for 6 days Only one trash bag Incorrect WiFi password in info book. Called emergency number to obtain access to wifi, it’s been 48 hours with no call back. Missing plates and coffee cups. Cerenna Solecki is dishonest and a Florida rip off artist. So is Rani, in ‘charge’ of short term rentals. Cerenna asked for a $10,000 deposit on an existing home sale. Should have been $500-$1,000. She wanted me to pay the homeowner directly. I said no. So she came up with a title company. so, I wired funds. Then wire was returned.
