We wanted to be near Santa Rosa Beach but not have to deal with the crazy traffic and crowds all day, every day. Freeport was a great solution. Riverwalk Landing is still being built out and is a mixed community of RV sites (about 20 total), cottages, and large, lovely park model type homes for sale. We enjoyed staying here for two weeks in January, 2024. Dawn is a pleasure to work with and we LOVED the flat, wide sites!!! We were 20 minutes from the beaches and found a great fresh seafood market and great restaurants close by. We will return.
Looked at mfg homes. They just started showing lots and homes. Several lots are still available. We really liked it. But the pool isn't heated. Deal breaker for us. It's going to be a nice 55 and older resort when they're finished.
My husband and I have family coming in town and we wanted to find a place for them to stay in while they’re here. We called Dawn and asked if we could tour and see if this would be the right fit for our families. Dawn took time out of her day to give us a little tour, describe the local area, and show us detailed tours of the cottages! I visited with Dawn yesterday to see Riverwalk Landing. It's going to be a very nice over 55 community. Its brand new and only brand new units can be purchased through Titan Homes. Dawn was very informative and answered at least 100 questions for me. Several residents have already moved in and are making their area beautiful. You lease the lot monthly.
