We had an incredible experience with Liz! My daughter has been struggling with some issues and after trying several other approaches, we decided to give hypnosis a try. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the results were immediate and have made a positive impact on my daughter’s day-to-day. Liz is an excellent listener, compassionate, and kind. After the first session, she was given tools to use as needed. I’m beyond grateful for the positive impact this has had on my daughter!
