I have had an obsessive fear of snakes my whole life, after seeing one while out with my grandson, I felt it was time to do something about it. (I didn’t want to pass that on to him) Liz worked with me and in 4 sessions, I would definitely call it a success. I’m sorry I didn’t see her sooner.

Liz is genuinely compassionate and made me feel comfortable enough to share all of my struggles with her the first time we met. I was familiar with hypnotherapy prior to meeting Liz, but she’d be a great introduction to it for anyone who is not. She personalizes the experience and explains how what she’s doing works. After meeting Liz socially, I decided to do a hypnosis session more from curiosity than anything else. My husband and I saw Liz on 1/5/2026 for smoking cessation. We had smoked since we were teenagers, for over fifty years! She spent time talking to us so that she could tailor the hypnotism for each of us. it was a wonderful and successful experience for both of us. Thank you for a lifesaving day Liz!
