Amazing the ratio of 5 star reviews vs. 1 star! Practically the same! The people here are actual people if you, owner and staff have forgotten? Tell your staff to image that the people here, were their actual loved ones. Your same lame response for evey one star review is pitiful to say the least! While dropping my Great Great Aunt off at Riverview Village tonight I had a very unpleasant experience. Like always everyday I pick her up in the mornings around 9am and drop her off at night around 9:30pm. Usually when I arrive to drop her off I ring the door bell and someone comes, but this time it was very different I am not one to complain about time, but when ringing the door bell it seemed no one was inside…I waited 15 mins and the door bell ringing did initially turn into me knocking on the door.
