Casey Van Cleve at Rivewview Tax and Accounting was extremely professional, friendly, and understanding in helping me with a frustrating tax situation. Casey met with me, helped me understand my situation, how to get it cleared up, and a week later I'm all taken care of. Now, instead of dreading Tax season I know next year Casey will take great care of me.
Would not recommend Casey. He seemed to rush through our appointment. He not only messed up once, but twice. The first time he caught it before he filed. The second time was when we received a letter from the IRS. I then contacted Casey directly to ask him if he could fix it, to which I got a reply of “the software is down”. I hadn’t heard any thing yet a week later so I contacted him again and he replied saying it was still down. We ended up getting the return we were supposed to get. Casey has done my taxes for the past several years. I've always been very happy with his service. He's always thorough, but also gets everything done quickly. His prices are also extremely reasonable. Plus he's kind and makes you feel comfortable. Which I personally find equally as important.
