Go live anywhere else but here if u looking for a apartment people been getting robbed in the building building management ain't doing anything about my mother in law getting robbed few days ago her whole wallet with cash and everything she owns in it including her phone cops looked at the cameras and nothing was said from there about Nancy's belongings there maintenance works be sitting outside in there cars all the time smoking and doing drugs

I lived here for four years, in the years, 3 new building owners, manager in figuring out rent uses the same number in your earnings and cheats a senior citizen out of there money, rent changed 3 times in one year, waited 14 months for a minor repair, no real maintenance, no real security, community room is unusable, DEFINITELY UNSAFE FOR SENIORS.

I've lived here for 5 years since covid .I've never seen a building run into the ground so fast and badly as this one! This building has been sold so many times in the past 5 years to so many people I can't keep up .noo security that's badly needed.no one to take care of the grounds hasn't been kept all last year grass was knee high.everytime they hire someone they quit .so nothing gets done no repairs. Like the apartments, interesting place, not really taken care of by maintenance, management favors Porto Ricans, under new management, illegally checks peoples ID of seniors family.
