Rude, non caring cna's and some nurses. Never called me when my Dad's Active Dying Symptoms started and I called them that same night to check on him and they said he was ok! I could write a book for the short less than 3 months he was there! I can't even forgive myself for picking that place when I was told he needed Skilled Nursing! But hey, they dang sure call you when you owe them some money! SMH
