Got charged for a “replacement card” all because I shut my card off via app so she claimed. But I called earlier cause my card was going to expire and I just wanted to make sure I had a new one on the way I shouldn’t have to pay for a replacement when it was expiring! She said that they went and ordered one but according to the staff that’s not the reason for the replacement charge....the same day. Pulling all my money out of this account, final straw.
