I love my River trust family. Mrs. Katherine was a big help with my card replacement and Mrs. Sabrina was a blessing with helping opening account for my teenagers.
Although there is some excellent customer service inside of the branch and they are very nice, the amount of junk mail and email I got after signing up for an account here is atrocious. Never seen my information sold so fast and gotten so much junk mail before!
I had the pleasant and productive experience with my teller, Lexi. She was the only one who acknowledged me. as I walked in. She smiled and took care of my withdrawal request. After two decades and three name changes of this CU. She talked me into opening a new checking account. I have been in customer service for over 30yrs and I recognize excellent people skills in others. She is a GEM shining brightly, and a perfect asset to your Teller section.
I love using Rivertrust FCU for my banking. They are always very helpful and understanding! Huge shout out to Sylena Douglas for helping me with my loan and with my truck loan! I couldn't have expected better results! The service is always pleasant and they are quick at helping with all of your financial needs! I will always use Rivertrust for my banking!!
