As long as you understand the effects of CBD and hemp vs. Marijuana based stuff it's pretty straight forward. My girlfriend and I are recreational and infrequent smokers. She has a mild heart condition and so she's very educated and aware of what she intakes. Even after explaining this multiple times to both workers, they continually assured that the dosage of the free sample they were insisting on us would be perfectly fine. She took 1 puff, 2 hours later she had an hour long heart episode in the 20 degree weather that almost sent her to the emergency room.
