Great experience and really friendly staff. The change area, steam room and sauna are kept nice and clean. Staff doing the services are kind and respectful of patients wanting a quieter setting
Edit: I find the response below to be unsatisfactory and suspicious. I know what I heard, and I know that your response makes no sense. You don't deny that the fitted sheet isn't changed after each customer and instead make the argument that you have 3 sheets over the one you don't change as though that makes it okay. It doesn't make sense because why would you use 3 extra sheets to avoid washing one when you could just use the normal amount of sheets and wash them all after each person?? UNSANITARY PRACTICES!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was here a few days ago for a couples massage. My masseuse, Diane, was pretty good, very relaxing. When I first arrived, I had a five star impression. However, when I was in the seating area after my massage, I could overhear Diane and the other girl talking, which was no big deal on its own, but what I heard was disgusting! I had an amazing experience at this spa!! My skin feels amazing and glowy after my facial with Caley. She addressed my dry skin and used sensitive skin products. I felt so relaxed during my service.
