I have been to many spas worldwide. This spa has quickly become a new favourite of mine! Pedicure, manicure, massage, facial, all were exceptional. I will be returning in the near future.
I do not leave 5 stars often. We went here for a 50 minute couples aromatherapy massage. We were greeted by a pair of very polite and friendly receptionists, whom one of them showed us around, how to work the lockers, where we were expected to be, etc. This is appreciated instead of them assuming we know what to do and where to go. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews but my experience at Riverstone Spa was so poor I feel I have to let others know. The front desk employees were very friendly and showed me to the changing room, set up a locker for me, and sent me on my way. The first issue was the shower.... The shower smelt very mildewy, and the "rain shower head" was covered in limescale. The longer I spent in there, the more I realized how dirty the shower was. Had a lovely experience! Enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and amenities. Had Teagan/Tay for my massage and she was amazing, so communicative and kind. It all felt very comfortable. Update: today I had the head-to-toe experience for the first time and it was amazing! Dana was incredible.
I had such a lovely experience at Riverstone. This isn’t my first time, but it has been a year or so since I last visited. I didn’t get the receptionist’s name, but she was friendly and professional and even gave me a quick show around since I hadn’t been for awhile. I used the steam room for the first time and it was wonderful, will definitely do again.
