I was with this bank for over 20 years, and with every new merger the quality of service has decreased. There have been many disrespectful interactions that caused me to move banks. My business card would get compromised every couple of months, my daily limit was never set where I asked it to be, and companies I ordered from regularly would be marked as fraud.
