The WORSE transportation service EVER! Worse than mobility! You're lucky if they are just running late because MOST of the time they do not even show! They have no manners or professionalism...I do not know how they are still in business! Who ever runs this company has ZERO control or just doesn't care about providing good service to it's customers!
Clean cars great drivers
Had this service for approximately 2 years for my disabled son. For the first 6 months or so everything was great, then things went downhill. Vans were always breaking down, drivers were constantly late getting my son to or from school, and on numerous occasions my son was completely forgotten about. He claims all his employees are AED, CPR, first aid certified, but I don’t believe that to be true. Just my opinion though. The company has a high turn around rate for employees.
