Good company They take care of their equipment.
Truck 728278 here, I love working here and have had great communication from my dm whenever I have a question or concern.....I have had checks several times that were over $1500 for the week..it can be done if you run ....some weeks are low but they still try to keep me moving and usually the next week bounces back to a great week ..id recommend RTI to anyone...
Typical trucking company. Decent equipment. Good hometime. Average pay. Benefits for company drivers are terrible. Half your monthly pay to have decent medical insurance if you are married or have kids
Great company to work for. Has the benefits of a larger company with a small family run company feel. Management doesn’t ask you to do something they themselves wouldn’t be willing to do themselves.
I have worked for RTI for 3.5 years and I cannot imagine ever leaving. Compassion and love of family is everyday practice here and the staff and truck drivers make it fun and enjoyable to go to work. You can't ask for more when looking for a place to end your employment search!
