Pay is good but dont make a mistake or they will fire you. I got let go for failing dot inspection cause I was overweight and missing a mudflap on my trailer. No warning or anything just terminated on the day I was supposed to go home for a week to see my daughter be born. They dont give a damn about the driver just as long as you can drive straight enough to make them some money
