I was told the appointment would be a full 3 hours and to get there 15 minutes early. My appointment was 8:45 a.m. and I arrived before 8:30 a.m. The Therapist, Richelle G, could not log into her computer. She was attempting to log in before I even arrived and I left after 9:30 a.m. because she still wasn't able to get into the system and I had another place to be at 12:30 which was an hour away. I requested to reschedule. On the MyChart notes, The therapist lied, twice, in order to cover her tracks for her own incompetence.... read more

Nick is very weird and can be offensive in their way he jokes around I won't get Nick if I ever need PT again
