First off the office is very welcoming very clean and the people on staff are wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They always answer all my questions and work and reasonable timing.
I had my 2013 Amended taxes done with Dennis at Riverside Tax Team in April 2015; to this date I've been going back and forth with Dennis for over a year now; I still haven't received my Amendment and trying to get a reply from this guy is horrible; basically they're not helping me anymore and I'm very upset that I can't get any help. I'm very disappointed with this place and person! If anyone else knows who can help me at this place reply to me.
10 Stars! 20 Stars if it was an option! i love the owners of the business, friendly, kind, knowledgeable. They have very fair prices and make the whole tax filing process seem simple and easy! Fast to get the process done, but you hate to leave cause they're such good company. Any time I hear of anyone asking for a tax person I always recommend Riverside Tax Solutions! This is an honest review, I'm a customer of Alyssa & Donna, ask for them, tell them you read my review and they will know who I am!
The individuals who own and run Riverside Tax Solutions are friendly, honest, and professional. They quoted me a reasonable rate for completing my tax return and had me out the door in 45 minutes! The office space is welcoming and very clean. The people are very interpersonal and take the time to answer any questions!
