If there's one word to describe my experience here, it's COMPASSIONATE. I can't say enough about this place and these people! I went in for pelvic floor tightness and worked with a couple PTs. The people I worked with were so kind, caring, and genuinely celebrated my wins like they were their own. Melanie at the front desk was phenomenal with communication and playing tetris to get everyone in when they needed to (even with last-minute changes). Heather is my pelvic floor hero!! I saw her at the end of my pregnancy and while postpartum and I couldn’t recommend her more! The advice she gave me about labor while I was pregnant is 100% the reason I had such a great pushing experience while in labor. Working with her postpartum has also been a tremendous help! And she’s just a wonderful person all around. Couldn’t recommend her more! Also the woman that works at the desk and schedules the appointments was always such a joy to talk to!
I saw Heather for pelvic floor physical therapy. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and care for me and the issues I was dealing with at age 62. She took time to listen and spent a generous amount of time assisting me with exercises making sure I understood them and was doing them properly. I completed my time with her and came away much more informed and in better health. I wish she was recommended to me earlier!
Highly recommend this location! You could tell all the staff were genuinely happy which made for a pleasant visit each time. Heather was my physical therapist and after the 1st visit, it was like we were old friends catching up week to week. She definitely made my PT experience enjoyable!
