“Poor Testing, Poor Service”.............I went in to sell a 14k gold bracelet that had already been analyzed with a $10,000 testing gun, confirming it was real. The staff told me it was fake and refused to take it — even though it’s a $3,000 bracelet. This is actually the second time I’ve had the same issue here. I tried to explain that they were using the acid test incorrectly, but they dismissed me like the customer doesn’t know anything. Very disappointing experience.
Well, first of all, I didn't get my money back. Secondly, I was told my money was put in my Cash App, but nope, that was not the case. I asked for the receipt to show me that my money was put in my account, but guess what? I HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I have grandchildren to buy stuff for, and it's absolutely essential that I get the money I am owed. This place is nothing but a bunch of crooks who’s trying to steal what you have. I rate them as a -10 go somewhere else they are crooks.
Use to be a decent place but since new corporation took over it they are running it into the ground
