Worst HOA I pay 618 a month and recently I received a bill for almost 900 dollar because they change the electrical panels I wish I knew a way to get rid of the HOA fees, there is no security they take forever to fix some and they love to charge extra money for everything worst management ever
Warning: Avoid KB Home in Roseville and Riverside Management HOA! I'm experiencing constant harassment from the HOA without valid reason. The $139 monthly fees are unjustified - no street lights, overgrown grass (even snakes roaming around!). It feels like they're ripping us off. Protect your sanity and money - stay away from this HOA and developer. I regret my purchase and wish I'd researched more. Don't make the same mistake.
Difficult to get ahold of anyone. Very slow to respond to maintenance requests, even if it's an emergency.
