Difficult to get ahold of anyone. Very slow to respond to maintenance requests, even if it's an emergency.

No stars from me- I couldn’t leave this review without hitting on a star. I agree with others about Riverside management and finance. Very bad follow through, slow getting back to us and rude, inaccurate facts about the property HOA regulations. I DON’T- DO NOT recommend their service to anyone who WANTS reliable, fast(adequate reply time) kind and professional services!!!!
They recently parted ways with our HOA Community because we refused to pay their staff bonuses. Maybe if they earned it but they did nothing to impress us. Only made HOA life more complicated.
