Resident here since Oct., 2020 - nothing but problems since I arrived. ONE elevator in the building & it was down 8 times by New Years Day - took 3+ hours THAT day for the maintenance man to flip the circuit breaker on so the elevator worked again. The day I filled out my lease the manager asked why my SSDI income is so low AFTER I'd been approved for a unit. I explained, but I didn't feel she had the right to ask such a question.
