Was visiting auntie today and found some staff very rude one closed door in my 80odd year old mams face time before so not first time then today the attitude stunk off carers need some staff training
Was visiting my sister today and some off staff are very rude last time a visited one closed the door in my face and today one was abrupt pluse my sister who suffers with mental health was saying that she has to turn her TV off at 6pm and lights out at 8pm she was saying she could not watch her soaps that she enjoys in private room and having seen some staffs attitudes a can well believe it
