Not the best. Lived here for 10 years and still a micky mouse organization. Had 2 managers come in my suite with no notice and greens keepers don't respect your garden space.
For profit rental company who make millions of dollars yearly won't replace 9 year old hot water tank when the gas valve breaks on a weekend because it's more expensive in an emergency situation, yet they consistenly raise rents yearly. Something breaks you fix it common sense. You think homeowners want to pay higher rate? Not likely but that's what needs to be done regardless. I would not consider moving here until Stephanie Tolea is removed as the site manager. She is incredibly rude & full of empty promises. This complex has been on a steady decline since her arrival. I would keep shopping for a place and pass on these. Save yourself the stress. Kelson really messed up choosing this person. Also her unskilled husband does the maintenance and he’s not remotely qualified for the tasks.
