Just closed on a co-op and I got an even better rate than I ever imagined. Not to mention how quick closing was. I was expecting at least a month longer than it actually took, all thanks to Fred and Dawn. Highly professional, extremely quick response times and a friendly, caring attitude towards purchasing my first co-op. Definitely recommending to everyone I know who is looking to buy.
Biggest ripoff I have ever dealt with. They should be investigated for fraud.
