My husband and I recently led a bike tour and the Riverside team came to our rescue when one of the 2 e-bikes on the tour malfunctioned. Our participant was able to rent a bike for several days and that saved the tour for both him and us. The shop was flexible which was a huge help. Bonus: Shop is in a beautiful old building with a nice vibe.
Rented a Cannondale gravel leftie to enjoy the beautiful backroads of Greensboro (was also able to rent a helmet). Had the time of my life. The people working the shop were super friendly and helpful. Highest recommendation.
rented powerful Cannondale e-bike, relying on staff promise of "50+ mile days on the rail trail", tho bike also worked well & reliably, for 35-50 miles on dirt roads, with steep climbs (carried charger on rear rack, just in case) - rental cost was quite reasonable, bike fit went quik & EZ, & tho shop was closed the day I was done riding, staff accepted the next day return. at no charge!
Driving through at closing time, brake pads were shot on our bikepacking journey, owner stayed late to put them on - couldn’t be more thankful - also great selection of warm socks 😃
On a gravel bike tour (Lamoille Valley Rail trail), rolled into town for lunch with a delaminated casing in the rear wheel. Staff was great and had a selection of tires available. Luck got me that far, excellent service had the tire replaced while I walked to lunch. Chef’s kiss!
