Well I brought my work bike in. They changed my chain and its fallen off again. Now it's back in the shop but nobody's answering.
In a few seconds Sue at Riverside Cycles folded my folding bike where my family and I had been struggling. She would not accept payment. I am very grateful for her help thank you Sue ! from a happy traveller
