I may seem behind the times but...I thought we paid the riverside county to collect the taxes but according to my bank statement I now realize that riverside county tax collector has outsourced their bookkeeping and accounting to another company in fla, or Nevada and a few other post offices boxes when I finally tracked them down with another name like like plug and pic, or pic and plug. . My statements now say pnp bill payment, well that's generic, no phone number or contact and no identification who the money was paid to? ... read more
Ok , charge me thousands of dollars that I have to pay upfront out of the blue. Then penalize me for not being prepared for it. Then penalize me for being late two minutes. Then penalize me for using a card. Biggest thieves in history right here. Also I felt I was charged for the same thing like 5 times at once. Ridiculous
If I could give 0 stars I would. No one is helpful, there system is crap. Got charged a late fee due to them processing my payment days after ho taxes were so and there was an issue with the bank, resulting in a 500 dollar fine… if they would of processed the payment and kicked it back immediately I could of got it resolved.

Only because I can't give them zero stars: website sucks, cannot access online account info to pay via EBT, and cannot reach live support without waiting on hold for 2+ hours. Unacceptable level of incompetence and indifference on the part of the Office of the Treasurer
