You used to be a 5 star to me, but because of your recent changes, which doesn’t make sense, you’re lucky I put in 1 star. After my encounter with your office to reply for your RTA , Dial-A-Ride services, the changes to income qualification and how my bills are paid made it to where I don’t qualify anymore. Just because my credit card payments don’t count anymore. I'll be honest. I had high hopes. My first caseworker told me I could get help with rent, utilities, food. After one consultation, I found out she was no longer with the organization. My second caseworker was more realistic, but still told me I could get some help with rent. (I am a senior citizen, not in good health, and had a car that was draining me dry.)
