I had an extremely unpleasant experience with your customer service representative. The individual who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They repeatedly interrupted me before I could even finish my questions, often answering before fully understanding my inquiry. We recently sold our house in Riverside, and moved to Fort Worth , Tx. Just a few days ago we received a letter from the DA's office stating that our house in Riverside had changed ownership, we SO appreciate that notification, in this day where people have their title's stolen, it is awesome that this office is looking out for you!
