I never leave review but for this one im going out of my way to do so! Horrible service! The lady answering phones MAY is so rude and disrespectful! She should not be working there! I can't express how upset I am to hear someone be so rude and disrespectful to someone that is in need of help. I will be filing a complaint against her and how she treated me when I called!
I’ve given these people $80 to talk to these people about a roof leak. Their lawyers basically told me that tenants do not have the right to request a repair in Riverside County unless they have $10k to throw at a case. There needs to be a better way to access legal advice for the poor and disabled
I am an attorney in San Diego County called to get a referral for a client for a Riverside County probate attorney and the lady was rude and said "have your client call for an appointment its $40 dollars and 30 minutes and hung up. WOW great help. I am glad I am not a member of this local bar association. NOT HELPFUL at all
