The staff at both locations are very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. We have been with Riverside FCU over 5 years.
They shut your debit card off for no reason and noone calls you it's Friday night and you don't have access to your money all weekend
The staff are jerk’s especially Bobbi and Shelley they plot against me now that Shelley and I had words bc of her unacceptable rudeness. Shelley was never was nice to me she always looked at me like I’m unworthy and when they couldn’t do what was asked Shelley got a half grin on her face and in her evil eyes looked as to laugh like ha ha and Bobbi thought it was ok just her personality and Bobbi was upset with me when I put Shelley in her place for being so unkind.
