I called 2-6-2025 was looking to get a appointment to file my taxes for 2024. I was told they're not taking any new appointments this year. they don't seem interested, helping new clients or offering recommendation somewhere else, I'd just take your business elsewhere, honestly...
Great service, affordable prices, and they’re very fast with your tax returns. I sent them my information on the 2nd of February and by the 4th of February they had all my information taken care of submitting my taxes to the federal and state government. I couldn’t recommend more highly this team
We have used Riverside accounting for several years for our personal accounting needs. Up until the last 2 year they have been great, in 2023 we had provided the front desk clerk with our updated banking information and he had completely forgot to tell our tax preparer of this updated information causing a huge issue with receiving our tax refund.
