Been living here a few months now and it was nice at first until the German roaches decided to make their presence known literally 4 days after moving in. Pest control comes to spray but they come right back because it’s not fixing the root of the problem. Either the building is infested with roaches or I have dirty neighbors that need to be evicted and conveniently there are so many nook and cranny’s where roaches can retreat back to, once theyre exposed. Bethany is very prompt in getting maintenance to my apartment if I have a problem. She is very conscientious when it comes to the property or resident concerns. Jamie came in today to remove the borrowed air conditioner from when my units were not working. He is always very friendly, prompt and very helpful when he is called for a maintenance issue.
