I had a serious knee problem that really affected my life, but Richard gave me hope from the very first session. He’s not only incredibly professional but also genuinely empathetic — and that made all the difference. His care and encouragement kept me going, and now I’m active again and living without pain. Physio treatment is important, but empathy and mental support are even more powerful in recovery. Richard has both in abundance. He’s truly one of the best physiotherapists I’ve ever met, and I can’t thank him enough.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came to Dr. Richard at Riversdale Physiotherapy and Rehab Clinic with a frozen shoulder from a motor injury. Thanks to his treatment, I’ve been improving little by little and am now avoiding surgery. I’m very happy with the results! Dr. Richard is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend him to anyone needing physiotherapy.

I've seen Richard and Taylah for knee issues and they've both been incredibly kind and helpful. They're very good explaining the science behind any issues you're having to help you understand how to fix it. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Richard. After a disastrous encounter with another physio, I was hesitant, but Richard quickly put my mind at ease. His professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. He didn't try to overcharge me or prolong my treatment unnecessarily. Instead, he focused on providing effective care and helping me regain my confidence. Thanks to Richard's guidance, I was well-prepared for my ACL reconstruction surgery. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of physiotherapy.
