I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Rivers Retreat. They graciously allowed us to host my dad’s Celebration of Life there, and it was the perfect setting to honor such a special man. I hosted my children’s graduation party at The Rivers Retreat, and it was perfect! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. Our guests kept complimenting the venue and the atmosphere. The owner was friendly, helpful, and great to work with. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend!
Rivers retreat center was the perfect venue for our womens retreat this past weekend! We spent most of our time in the beautiful pavillion, and the owner made sure we had a cozy fire to enjoy when it got chilly. We are a group of wild women, and we felt 100% comfortable to cut loose and howl at the moon. The lodging is clean and tastefully decorated, and met all of our needs. Ochsner Golden Opportunity group had a great time despite the weather on Thursday. Camp ground is quite impressive.
We had the most incredible experience at The River’s Retreat for our wedding weekend, and I truly don’t think I have the words to capture how special it was fully. We rented the venue from Thursday to Sunday, and it gave us something I didn’t even realize I needed… time.
