My brother was in your facility for rehab after his surgery. The rooms were very small. The food was terrible and I do mean terrible. He was NOT well cared for. He had to call for his meds because he wasn't getting them in a timely matter. After walking the facility I realized it was NOT where I would want to be. I cannot in good faith recommend this facility fir shirt term it lobg term care.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is freezing cold. There are no chairs in the bedrooms. Small little beds with no side rails. The bathrooms are tiny and shared with other residents. Everything about this place is unacceptable.

This Facility was one of the biggest regrets in my mother's care. We had hoped to bring her back to her home town, to surround her with familiar faces and scenery. She was neglected, left in her room with no means to reach her food or drink, given incorrect medication, not properly bathed, left to just wither away. Many calls, in person visits, and meetings with directors and staff nothing changed.
