Long story short... Craig was so awesome. My cell phone screen fell and spidered so badly it wouldn't recognize my passcode nor fingerprint. Not only did he replace my screen, he replaced the damaged back of my phone as well. Craig got it done earlier than expected and gave me a really great price. Not only was he very knowledgeable when it came to virus detection, he took the time to explain what he was able to do for us, and then completed the job within record time. We highly recommend Rivers Edge, especially for those over 60 who may not be as tech savy as the younger generation.
