I was impressed by the attitude of the people who works there. Everybody seemed to be content and pleased to answer any question I asked them. One of the cooks even came to our table and talked to us about the questions we asked him.
Convincing Mom to visit a senior home wasn’t easy, but we made it happen! Karla made the experience smooth and comfortable. She was respectful, never pushy or intrusive. Throughout our visit, Karla made us feel like family. She's truly an invaluable part of the Rivers Edge team.
The Sales Director, Michelle, gave us a thorough and compassionate tour that helped our family deal with the transition we’re going through.
We were favorably impressed with the care and dedication of Michelle, who showed us all of the features of River’s Edge so that we could make an informed decision about living there. Very glad we met her.
Just finished a tour of the facility with my Dad. Wonderful place, clean, well lit and quiet. The director, Michelle was very helpful, answered all of our questions, including some we didn't think to ask. This one gets a Serious consideration.
