Had great service at Rivermark Happy Valley. Mercedes Olvera is exceptional at her job. I did not like having to go th that branch. Absolutely no Customer Service. Now with merger I'm really impressed. I now enjoy having to do my business with them. Thanks Mercedes for enjoying Rivermark!
The merger was the worst thing ever.. been using the phone tree for 10 min trying to be able to talk to somone. Im leaving and finding a new bank.
Ever since the merger, these guys have become beyond useless and incompetent! My wife has medical issues, so we requested nearly 4 months ago to use the disability insurance attached to our credit card to get it paid off, since we can't afford to pay right now. Instead, our credit continues to get worse and worse as they drag their feet and will do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
Not sure why they can cash my check one week and not the next because of my temporary ID and my other ID I myself will avoid this place from now on
Laurie Baker did an amazing job opening a new business bank account for me today. She navigated the new system, which was not easy, while maintaining a positive attitude. Thanks Laurie!
