I can't give any lower review than this 1 star. It's been over a month.I cannot get access to my accounts.This is the big problem with their merger. For thousands of their account holders. Went from one telephone call to another.. and than sitting in the office fro hours. transfer from 1 office space on another computer and Still, they could not get me in their system. Ecerytime I try to login to the mobile app you are "updating your system" and I can't access online banking. And then you don't answer your phone. Your phone tree sucks.
bill pay site is still down, cant reach anyone,
This location has the worst, incompetent people working here. The Assistant branch manager is useless here and doesn’t know what she is doing. How is it that people who don’t know what they are doing get these position. Are they really screened to be good at their job or do they just hand out jobs to anyone? Don’t come to this location.
