No customer service on weekends. If you lose your card, you have to wait to report it, talk to anyone about the charges, order a new card or be told how to access your money. Their customer service is outsourced to a call center that is basically a glorified answering machine. IF you can get ahold of someone, and IF they'll talk to you (I was hung up on by one, and told they cant access accounts online by another) they cant do anything but look up your account and recent charges... thats it. Went in to Rivermark and met with Mercedes Olvera. She is so friendly, personable, dependable, protective and loyal to all her clients. I went in with my sister and because Mercedes trusted her judgment she told me very clearly that if my sister doesn't agree with anything that is going on then it doesn't go through or get done at all. I have never had a Rep do that before until now. I highly recommend going in to see her for all your banking needs. It is well worth the time and the trip!
