I had an incredible experience at the Happy Valley branch this week. The staff member in the lobby was very friendly and quick to help me with the remote teller station. The teller was able to split and reissue a cashier's check in under ten minutes. I was pressed for time and both of them worked hard to get me out the door as quickly as possible. I will definitely return to this branch in the future.
I'm so disappointed in the level of service at Rivermark after their merger with Advantis. Expect long wait times when you call in and even when you get someone on the line Rivermark staff aren't equipped to address all of the issues they are having. I had a problem this week with Rivermark rejecting one of my autopay payments even though there were more than sufficient funds in the account. I called on a Wednesday with my credit card company on the phone and after an hour and 15 minutes they couldn't figure out what happene... read more
this bank is the worst since the merger. do not use them, run. the one star reviews are for a reason. anything 5 starts is probably employee or friends since the merger.
Had great service at Rivermark Happy Valley. Mercedes Olvera is exceptional at her job. I did not like having to go th that branch. Absolutely no Customer Service. Now with merger I'm really impressed. I now enjoy having to do my business with them. Thanks Mercedes for enjoying Rivermark!
