This is a wonderful place to be at if you are a resident. I have family there and they treat thier residents like gold. However it is a different story for the staff. That is why I have to give it one star. The staff turnover is high. The management has no concern for them. It is sad to see how hard they work with so few people. 2010, in her 90th year, my Mother joined her sister, 5 years her senior, at the Riverine. Both were very hesitant to leave homes on the Napanee area farms where they raised their families; but the widows who had worked & travelled together in their senior years, happily re-united in this clean, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere.
