deal killer for both parties. Very offensive and condesending. The owner talks down to you if you dont agree with what she wants even if you prove it to her.
Not a good experience at all. Sent in a 4.5 page LOI for review by Riverin previously written by my BC counsel but wanted it vetted for use in Ontario. After having to follow up after three days to see where my LOI was, I finally received an email back 7 days later with only two minor punctuation changes on it and a cover email saying its well drafted and have no comments.
