We were at rivergate Toyota for 6 hr's,sign paper work,got keys in hand,booklet on the car alone with the free first aid kit,salesman's said done deal,we were so happy,after being there that long,they took everything back,and said,we don't have enough in come,its been too days I still have a miragrain headache due to these people, how is this legal?to treat people like this?I am literally sick because of all of this,I have a family friend looking into this right now,I really believe something is wrong the way there doing bui... read more

After I made this post the salesman called my personal cell phone from the information he had taken earlier when we test drove the avalanche. He initially started asking me why I made this post, but when I tried to explain the facts behind the claims he began calling me a liar over and over agian. The price advertised for avalanche truck on the lot was $1000.00 more than the price they advertised it for online. The salesman asked me how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle so I pulled up one with the same specs for 2000.00 less than theirs. The manager, whom I never met until we were walking out, tried to say that the other truck I found to price match was In "Canadian miles" which was more miles than the one they were selling. I went into Rivergate Toyota on October 31, 2015 to buy a brand new highlander LE Plus. They said they had a titanium gray 2015 brand new for me at another lot. All I had to do was go ahead and sign the papers to finance it and they would put me in a rental until my car was delivered to the lot. That Monday I called and they said there was a death in the family and that my car had not been delivered yet. Tuesday they called me and said that my car was on the way and now it was a silver Highlander instead of the dark gray. We... read more
