I have had many, many massage sessions in my lifetime. I went to Kathleen this morning for a 90 min ‘deep tissue massage’. I asked her to stretch it out to 2 hours simply because I was SO amazed at the relief I was feeling while still on the table, but even more taken aback by her VAST knowledge of the mechanics of the body. I am SO aware of the amount of toxins she was able to release and the lack of discomfort I have is the best I’ve felt in years!!
