If your body needs help find Kathleen. She is in tune with the body and knows how to reduce pain and get it working properly again. I had pain that I labeled as sciatica. Went to a chiropractor. 10 treatments and nothing. Kathleen identified the underlying issues-I had so much more going on. She is highly trained in multiple modalities lending itself to a more comprehensive treatment. Highly recommend.
Kathy was amazing. Booked her for a massage and came away with so much more! She really helped to open up some areas in my shoulder and neck that had been painful for a decade.
This was a next level massage. A stiff lower back after a 12 hour drive had me barely able to get in and out a chair. Not only was my back way better when I left but the release of tension through my whole body was unbelievable. I highly recommend Riverfront.
