This shipper has been wonderful at using driver ETA's to stage their produce to eliminate wait times. They have great staff that are both friendly and helpful. Wonderful services. Our driver seems happy with their services as well.

Shipper said they close at 5pm, I arrived at415pm to find nobody there, NOBODY. Rang the for service bell, lady said they would be there in 20 minutes?!?!? Backed me into the dock, not allowed on the dock, so it got loaded however the forklift guy loaded it. My air gage read heavy and they only have a platform scale here. Told the girl that I'll probably be back in the morning. Scaled at the Pilot and sure enuf, heavy on the drives.
