Originally, I was scheduled to load yesterday at 8 AM, but the shipper rescheduled to 11 AM today. I arrived on time, only to be told they might not load me until tomorrow. Thankfully I convinced them to load me today. For check-in: drive straight past the office, then turn right, and right again before the scale — make wide turns, the road is narrow. I arrived here at 1 PM, and now it’s already 6 PM and they still haven’t finished loading me. Five hours wasted just sitting and waiting. After delays like this, drivers have no choice but to drive all night to catch up, which is unsafe and exhausting. This company clearly has no respect for truck drivers’ time, schedules, or safety. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.
