The reviews say it ALL! Thee rudest staff ever, alot of them have been there wayyy to long and have lost all customer service!!!!! They should be fired! If you don't like your job then why are there? The way they talk to patients is unacceptable and we would love to know who the manager or owner is of this place because this has been a consistent problem that seems to never be addressed!?? I am considering making a complaint with the Michigan Medical Board on the horrible situation I had at Saginaw Riverside Eyecare. The fall of 2023 I had an eye exam and ordered glasses. During the exam I specifically asked the woman doctor if my cataracts were progressing. I was told they were not and removal was not ordered. My new glasses were out of focus and very difficult to see out of. I returned and complained. They suggested the bifocals were maybe the issue. After 2 weeks I received new glasses. Love this place! They have always been super helpful to me and my now grown boys. They treat you like family ❤️
I wish i would have read the previous reviews before I went there to receive the same poor treatment: Over a month to get my glasses which were defective and had to be returned to wait another couple of weeks. Then I came in to have them adjusted and I still must push them up to read. Over $500 "down the river" and now I'll go to Costco for half the money and better product and service.
