It was a good experience. My son found glasses he liked. I would have given 5 stars but the hours of operation are terrible. For a working mom the hours are inconvenient and you are lucky if they open on a Saturday.
I love this place! They matched 1-800 Contacts, and of course there's no shipping charge...so really they beat them! I love the customer service! My contacts came earlier than I anticipated, too! Calling today about refill Rx on contacts and the great deal on glasses.... I'll write a review on how that went...
this W. Optical is much better than the Hall Rd. location, worth the trip to Gratiot location any day!
