I just bought an e-bike from Riverbrook. Very helpful people there. I knew nearly zero about e-bikes even though I knew a lot about non-e-bikes. They helped me through it. The bike that I bought was the entry level mountain bike and I must say. “I’m impressed”. It’s a surprisingly competent bike. Sure, it could have more power and it could be lighter, but overall I’m impressed.
Top notch service is what expect and get every time I stop. Tom has a great crew, they are knowledgeable and listen to what my level of riding is.
I bought a mountain bike and all supporting gear at Riverbrook. I live out of town, but have a place in Hayward, so I emailed Cindy ahead of time, and she immediately responded with options. The day I arrived in town, I went straight to the shop, and Cindy and Dylan were ready for me and helped me understand the pros and cons of the options since it’s a big investment. This shop is fantastic – I purchased my bike there, and I take it to the staff for service. They are experts, and while I’m far from it, they help me with everything I need in a way that I can understand. Super friendly people, fair prices, and you’re missing out if you don’t stop in to say hi. Keep up the great work!
Very friendly and fast, efficient service. I drive an hour to take my bike to River brook Bike and Ski. They are my go to place for bike repairs and accessories.
